What we collect

We collect only what we need to hold a space for you and let you in the gate.

• Contact information — your name, phone number, and email address.
• Company and carrier information — company name and, where you provide them, DOT and MC numbers.
• Vehicle information — unit type, tractor and trailer numbers, and license plate.
• Reservation details — dates, number of spaces, and payment status.
• Camera footage — the yard is monitored by camera, including the entry gate.

We do not store full payment card numbers. Card details go directly to our payment processor, which is PCI-compliant; we retain only a transaction reference and the outcome.

Why we collect it

• To create, confirm, and manage your reservation.
• To send your gate code, arrival instructions, and receipts.
• To contact you about your reservation, including if we have to cancel it.
• To operate the yard safely and investigate incidents.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share it only with:

• Service providers that run parts of this business on our behalf — payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and database services — and only to the extent they need it.
• Law enforcement, where we are legally required to, or in response to a lawful request in connection with an incident on the property.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are retained as long as needed to operate the business and meet tax and legal obligations. Camera footage is retained on a rolling basis and overwritten in the ordinary course unless preserved for an incident.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons.
• Ask to be removed from any non-transactional email at any time.

To make any of these requests, contact us. We will need enough information to confirm who you are before we act.

Security

We use encryption in transit, restrict access to reservation data to people who need it to run the yard, and keep credentials out of the systems that serve this website. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if information about you is compromised in a way that puts you at risk.

Children

This is a commercial service for professional drivers and fleets. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will post the updated policy here with a new effective date.
