Lot Rules

Access

• Your gate code is tied to your reservation and is valid only for its dates. Do not share it. Codes found to be shared may be revoked without refund.
• One reservation covers one space and one unit unless otherwise arranged.
• Entry and exit are available 24 hours a day for the duration of an active reservation.
• Tailgating another vehicle through the gate is not permitted.

In the yard

• Speed limit is 5 mph throughout.
• Park within a single marked space. Do not block lanes, gates, or fire access.
• Idling is limited to what local ordinance allows.
• Secure your unit. Lock it, and take valuables with you.

Not permitted

• Major repairs, fluid or oil changes, welding, or washing.
• Loading, unloading, or freight transfer — the yard is not staffed for it.
• Unattended trailer drops without a storage reservation covering that trailer.
• Hazardous or placarded loads without prior written approval.
• Occupancy as a residence, or any commercial activity conducted on site.
• Firearms discharge, open fires, or fireworks.
• Dumping of trash, waste, or sewage anywhere on the property.

Security and your property

The yard is fenced, gated, lit, and monitored by camera. Those measures reduce risk; they do not eliminate it.

Charlotte CrossRoads provides a parking space only. We are not a bailee, warehouse, or custodian of your vehicle, trailer, equipment, or cargo, and we do not accept custody or control of them. You park at your own risk and remain responsible for insuring your own property.

Camera recordings are retained on a rolling basis and may be provided to law enforcement on lawful request.

Enforcement

• Vehicles in the yard without an active reservation, or in violation of these rules, may be towed at the owner’s expense.
• We will make reasonable efforts to reach you at the phone number on your reservation before any vehicle is towed.
• Serious or repeated violations may result in the loss of access without refund.
