Cancellation Policy

The lot is not yet open. Joining the priority list costs nothing, requires no card, and creates no obligation on either side. You can ask us to remove you at any time and nothing will have been charged. The terms below take effect once reservations open.

Nightly and weekly reservations

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation begins for a full refund.
• Cancel inside 24 hours and the first night is non-refundable; any remaining nights are refunded.
• A reservation that is never used and never cancelled is treated as a no-show and is not refunded.

Monthly reservations

• Monthly parking runs month to month. There is no long-term contract and no early termination fee.
• Give 30 days’ notice to end a monthly reservation. Notice takes effect on the next billing date.
• Partial months already begun are not prorated.

Changing a reservation

Date and duration changes are free where space is available. Shortening a stay is treated as a partial cancellation under the rules above. Extending is treated as a new reservation for the added nights, subject to availability.

If we cancel

If we cannot honor a reservation — weather closure, utility failure, emergency, or an error on our side — you receive a full refund of the affected nights, regardless of notice. We will contact you at the phone number and email on the reservation as early as we are able.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

How to cancel

Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email, or contact us with your confirmation code. We will confirm the cancellation in writing — if you do not receive that confirmation, assume the reservation is still active and follow up.
